Capacity and self-sabotage frameworks - (we deep dive into the beliefs keeping you stuck in the start-stop cycle and get to the root so you can shift them)
Muscle building protocol (30 + 45 min. options 3-4x/week)- Strength is your longevity, anti-aging, and fat-burning secret weapon. And also, you do NOT need to be in the gym 6 days a week to build it. 3-4, 30 minutes working out a week means you can stay consistent without feeling like you're living in the gym. Home and gym options available.
